I think teachers should have better pay, and have their classrooms fully funded without having to go out of pocket for supplies.
I believe police need to be fully funded. Their training needs to be overhauled to focus on de-escalation. I do not know what their pay is. But police funding should never be linked to citations, arrests, asset seizure, or other line of duty actions.
