How do i stop someone from reading my mind

When you live with someone a while you kind of meld into one consciousness. It's not so much reading your mind as knowing what your mind is going to think. Similar but not exact.
Start doing things you normally wouldn't to throw them off the scent.

maybe the only thing to do is accept that some people can read your thoughts and then all day long you have to concentrate on only thinking normal thoughts. but dont think about thinking only normal thoughts !!! Imagine someone reads your thoughts and catches you thinking " think normal thoughts god damn it". 😂🤣
