Can any Muslims explain wtf is going on?
Me and another engineer are at a council house (social housing for those who are non Brits) to find the source of a water leak that keeps depressurising their heating system.
We lifted floor boards to inspect the piping and find the leak. We’ve discounted four rooms and traced it to the last room in the house, only for the tenant to stand in front of us and bodily baring our way yelling at us in Arabic. The tenants daughter translated that we cannot enter on religious grounds. I said, as I’m supposed to, that being a council tenant rather than a home owner they have to give us access - particularly as there is an active leak causing water damage and stopping the heating from working.
The shouting in Arabic became screaming and throwing things. So I told the engineer to pack up his tools and we left.
The forecast for the weekend is a chilly 5C so it’s going to get very cold in their house without our help this weekend. I’ve reported the tenants for obstruction.
I wonder what we weren’t allowed to see??
I’m guessing either a dead body, or a marijuana farm.
