There are different varieties of pineapples. I have never found one from Aldi to taste as sweet as the ones from Winco or Sam’s Club.

I think there's a way of testing when they are ripe, I'm not sure if it's pressing on the base to see if it's soft. Pineapple is lovely though 🍍
