The "what if" brigade is actually super annoying.

"What if a white person said that it'd be different"
"What if a man did that, it'd be different"

Stop with the what if's and just say and/or do what you want to. If the aim is to look for loopholes to be a shitty person, just be a shitty person, don't ask hypothetical questions to make yourself feel better. That way we both know where we stand.

@SinlessOnslaught "what if the whole world was centred around me" it's no different to how hamas is brought up, all lives matters, straight pride. It's so icky and such a cop out. Also not a valid question because it mischaracterises the situations as as a double standard, when you need an equal and equitable standing to even start asking those questions.
@HijabaDabbaDoo Good logic, good point.

Also I love that profile pic! Stay safe out there, Sis.

It’s always “what if” and “what about” as ways to steer the conversation.

I'm so, so out of patience for that kind of cowardice.
@CountScrofula it feels like such a waste of breath. I'd rather engage in a conversation with sincere intentions

Exactly, you can what if and what about forever but you're just not looking at reality.
