Actually sometimes discussing issues with other people can even hurt and instead of resolving misunderstanding it turns into something more painful than before...

@AngelKrishI agree. It’s hard to resolve something specially when emotions are high. When I become calm I try not to deal with it and just stay away.

I was like you in having my energy drained. After years, the battery run dry. I now protect what little charges I can get. You have to, because it does have serious consequences years down the line. I know because I’m living with those consequences. Protect your energy at all costs. @TessDun
