Like a bitter indigestion in my gullet mixed with revulsion. I turn away from such people. Don’t want to see them, or hear them.

I agree. The ones I see are on the news, so it’s easy to turn them off. It would be more difficult in a work environment, but I seldom disliked anyone that much, in real life, when I was younger. Now, is different. I m not fond of being around people in general, except for family. @TessDun

@CarissimiSome people are from hell, I’m mostly bad at protecting my own energy,,but for my sake yes I need to,, it’s not healthy anymore it never was to pay attention to them by intensely disliking

I was like you in having my energy drained. After years, the battery run dry. I now protect what little charges I can get. You have to, because it does have serious consequences years down the line. I know because I’m living with those consequences. Protect your energy at all costs. @TessDun
