The report by Mr. Berenson, a published reporter, not a scientist, states that there is an article in Lancet which he claims to quote. I have tried hard to find the actual article. Perhaps you can cite it for us all.

Herre are the Lancet publications I found on a Google search, take your pick:

Summary
Studies of myocarditis/pericarditis following mRNA COVID-19 vaccines in Hong Kong have been published. Data
are consistent with data from other active surveillance or healthcare databases. The mRNA COVID-19 vaccines have
been shown to rarely increase risk of myocarditis, with the highest risk among males aged 12–17 after the second
dose. An increased risk of pericarditis has also been shown after the second dose, though less common than
myocarditis and more evenly distributed among different sex and age groups. Because of the increased risk of post
vaccine myocarditis, Hong Kong implemented a single dose mRNA COVID-19 vaccine policy on September 15, 2021
for adolescents (age 12–17 years). Post-policy, there were no cases of carditis. 40,167 first dose patients did not receive
a second dose. This policy was highly successful in the reduction of carditis, but the trade-off is the potential risk of
disease and cost to population-level immunity. This commentary brings forward some important global policy
considerations

PEDIATRICS Volume 153, number 2, February 2024:e2023062520
RESULTS: The study included 526 966 primary schedule vaccinated adolescents. VE against
COVID-19–related hospitalization was 72.6% (95% confidence interval [CI], 62.5–82.7) and
RD was –2.8 (95% CI, –4.5 to –1.0) per 10 000 vaccinated for BNT162b2 at 6 months of follow-
up compared with unvaccinated. The corresponding VE and RD were 86.0% (95% CI,
56.8–100.0) and –2.1 (95% CI, –4.0 to –0.2) per 10 000 vaccinated for mRNA-1273 and 80.7%
(95% CI, 58.0–100.0) and –5.5 (95% CI, –15.5 to 4.6) per 10 000 vaccinated for heterologous
mRNA vaccine schedules. Estimates were comparable when restricting to a period of
omicron predominance and extending follow-up to 12 months.
CONCLUSIONS: Across 4 Nordic countries, severe COVID-19 in adolescents was a rare event. Compared
with unvaccinated, BNT162b2, mRNA-1273, and heterologous mRNA vaccination schedules provided
high protection against COVID-19–related hospitalization, including hospitalizations during
the omicron period.

The Lancet
www.thelancet.com Published online January 15, 2024 https://doi.org/10.1016/S0140-6736(23)02467-4
Findings The numbers of people undervaccinated on June 1, 2022 were 26 985 570 (45·8%) of 58 967 360 in England,
938 420 (49·8%) of 1 885 670 in Northern Ireland, 1 709 786 (34·2%) of 4 992 498 in Scotland, and 773 850 (32·8%) of
2 358 740 in Wales. People who were younger, from more deprived backgrounds, of non-White ethnicity, or had a
lower number of comorbidities were less likely to be fully vaccinated. There was a total of 40 393 severe COVID-19
outcomes in the cohorts, with 14 156 of these in undervaccinated participants. We estimated the reduction in severe
COVID-19 outcomes in the UK over 4 months of follow-up associated with a counterfactual scenario in which
everyone was fully vaccinated on June 1, 2022 as 210 (95% CI 94–326) in the 5–15 years age group, 1544 (1399–1689)
in those aged 16–74 years, and 5426 (5340–5512) in those aged 75 years or older. aHRs for severe COVID-19 outcomes
in the meta-analysis for the age group of 75 years or older were 2·70 (2·61–2·78) for one dose fewer than recommended,
3·13 (2·93–3·34) for two fewer, 3·61 (3·13–4·17) for three fewer, and 3·08 (2·89–3·29) for four fewer.
Interpretation Rates of undervaccination against COVID-19 ranged from 32·8% to 49·8% across the four UK nations
in summer, 2022. Undervaccination was associated with an elevated risk of severe COVID-19 outcomes.

COVID-19 Vaccination in Pediatrics: Was It Valuable and Successful?
4. Conclusions
From available accumulated data, it seems that COVID-19 vaccinations are safe for children and adolescents, and numerous studies have confirmed that different types of vaccines can provide excellent protection against COVID-19 in children and adolescents. On the other hand, current information has so far suggested potential incidences of vaccine-related adverse events, some of which may be severe, although no deaths have been reported. Since COVID-19 vaccines became available, their EUA has been granted in children and adolescents in different corners of the world to prevent the further spread of the pandemic. However, as safety is of utmost importance, it is necessary to conduct well-planned and -executed clinical trials on vaccine safety and efficacy in children and adolescents. Precautions should also be taken to minimize the occurrence of adverse events, especially in children with pre-existing health issues.

@samueltyler2 Thanks for that excellent research!!

I might as well chime in with the facts on FIFA deaths, because some anti-vaxxers are spreading the lie that FIFA footballers are dying at a higher rate after vaccination.

This article, "FIFA Sudden Death Registry (FIFA-SDR): a prospective, observational study of sudden death in worldwide football from 2014 to 2018"
says 617 FIFA players died of SCD within an hour of playing over a 5 year period = 123 per year (2014-2018).
https://bjsm.bmj.com/content/56/2/80

And this article says about 108 died in 2021 - a reduction in the FIFA death rate after vaccination!!
https://www.reuters.com/article/factcheck-coronavirus-sport/fact-check-list-of-108-fifa-soccer-players-is-not-proof-of-a-common-link-between-covid-19-vaccines-and-athlete-deaths-idUSL1N2T81NY

Note: I'm making no statistical claims about the drop in FIFA deaths during the 2021 vaccination year; merely pointing out how wrong the anti-vaxxers got it.

@ElwoodBlues you are welcome. There may be some gaps in what we know, but I can't allow the gaps to be portrayed as major gaps. In the US alone, more that 1,000 souls die each week from covid! The data is pretty clear that most could have been prevented.
Big pharma pays of the politicians.
The politicians force you into being a big pharma customer thru legislatuon.

“What’s that, you kid isn’t immunised? No school for them no benefits for you..
that’s a good Guinea pig “
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout what do you know about any of those vaccines? Do you know that they caused thousands of deaths a year before the vaccines were not invented? Are you aware of the fact that immunizations were partly responsible for the some doubling of the lifespan of those immunized?
@samueltyler2 I ant here to convince you of nothing..
leave me the fuck alone jabby
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout you spread comments that could lead to people dying. Go crawl back into whatever cave you climbed out of.

Who’s Alex Berenson and why is he credible?
@RedBaron He's nobody, and his "Lancet" citations appear to be fake.

Nope, parental rights to raise children the way they think right. Oh, that ony counts when republicans want to burn books.

What would you have done better given the situation we were all in at the time, and having the scientific evidence in front of you?
