Has anyone had a bad reaction to this?

I was given a dose of live virus vaccine for Japanese Encephalitis yesterday.

Because l have recently started investigating mosquitoes.

It usually costs $300.

Anyway l got it for free.

And now I’m feeling very “unwell”

😳

See…there are a couple of things that I still don’t understand?

Its the 60th Anniversary of Dallas in a few weeks and can someone explain this?

Oswald took that job in mid October, but they didn’t change the parade route until a week before the assassination, so how did he know?!

Also, at the press conference when a reporter asks him if he was ever in “The Free Cuba movement”…you see Ruby standing on a table at the back and he corrects him and says…”that’s the Fair Play For Cuba Committee”.

And they say Ruby and Oswald never knew each other’!!

Oswald didn’t know. It was a long string of coincidences that got him work at the depository @Vetrov

I am told that the "unwell" symptoms from vaccines are an indication that your immune system is working. The strong response means your body is developing antibodies to better fight similar virus infections. I have no experience with the vaccine you took, but usually react with at least mild discomfort for any I have received.

Feeling unwell is entirely unremarkable and should not come as a surprise. Literally any vaccine can cause one to feel unwell to various degrees, as your body is responding to the vaccine

That’s what a vaccine does though. Puts a tiny bit of the virus in your body and our bodies react to fight the virus
Picklebobble2 · 56-60, M
It's just your body reacting to a foreign agent.
Your body is figuring out how best to combat it.
I'm sure you'll feel better in a few days
You're getting a microdose of a virus, shouldn't you expect to feel a bit unwell for a time?
If you are feeling that bad, seek medical advice... but, as everyone else has said, vaccines do make you feel unwell as your body fights off the virus in the vaccine.

Since you only got it yesterday, I'd give it two or three days from when you were poked and see how you feel then.

The Covid19 vaccine gives you a sore arm for a couple of days after you get that - then it disappears suddenly. That felt weird to me.

I haven’t finished my Covid course.

sounds like it's working then! just had my flu vax and same reaction. lasted less than a day.

I don’t trust any vaccines 💉 😏
You should have paid for it and told them to keep the change … ;)

I hope you’ll get well soon …

Stay in bed, treat the symptoms .
Sorry to hear it.
Guessing it's probably a mild version of the virus.
Hope you can take a few days off,
time in bed with good book and hot drinks,
help your immune system to fight it off more quickly.
you putting big pharma goop in your body after 2021-2022 ?..
Vetrov · 61-69, M
@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout

Well…..Sabin, Salk, Pasture and Banting weren’t big pharma…..(imagine patenting insulin?!)

Big pharma is making sure everything in processed foods is making you fat and then selling you something else to make you thin 😳

Besides…..l have gone over to Africa a few times to work with the natives and didn’t have a problem with getting vaccinated for rabies, typhoid or yellow fever.

There is no “natural immunity” for tetanus….the amount needed to kill you is smaller than what the immune system can recognise….

Some things you don’t mess with…..

@littlepuppywantanewlife DEAD WRONG!!

As others have pointed out, the whole purpose of vaccines - polio, MMR, TDaP, etc - is to prime your body's immune system so that if you should encounter said virus in the wild your immune system will have pre-manufactured specific antibodies for said virus.

And, as others have pointed out, feeling unwell after receiving a vaccine is proof that your immune system is hard at work manufacturing antibodies.
