I was talking to a nurse the other day about that, not at a doctor's office but she came into our work and yeah apparently that situation is kind of a mess. Apparently they're not pushing the booster shots is hard but I don't remember exactly what she said.
But my opinion, that would kind of suck to have a job that requires something like that because unlike low-paying jobs, a doctor cannot just quit and walk up the street and find a replacement job that pays about the same.

@Punches You do know that most hospitals require all employees to be vaccinated against an assortment of vaccine-preventable illnesses, measles, mumps, rubella, tetanus, pertussis, diphtheria, hepatitis, and to be regularly tested for tuberculosis? This is intended to protect them, and any failure to protect them from catching one of them in their line of work, as well as to prevent them from spreading illness to patients when they are asymptomatic.
