I think you should take the vaccine. The COVID-19 vaccine does have side effects, but they're very rare, and the vaccines greatly reduce your risk of hospitalization and death from the virus.
You'll be risking your health by taking the vaccine, sure, but not nearly as much as you risk your health by [i]not[/i] taking the vaccine. It should also be noted that the data isn't yet in on whether or not the vaccine works against Omicron.
Sorry to hear about this woman who's made meeting you contingent on you not getting vaccinated. There's no real solution to that part; I just hope she comes around. Best of luck to you. <3
I just took my booster shot last week. (Feels nice and safe in my shoes.) It has to be taken 6 months after the second shot. So think about it....what if there’s a shortage of vaccines tomorrow for whatever reason...and you decide to get the jab...

You know how much COVID patients are suffering in the hospitals there. Getting an oxygen cylinder is also difficult in certain cities due to overcrowding...I’m just saying...
There is waiting period between the shots n booster doses. Get yours while they’re still available.
@Vivaci There is so many who believe the vax compromises your immune system, or better yet, makes you susceptible to covid. Many an audience on here for that thought, it appears.
I'm personally waiting on my booster, as I feel it's better that administration of medicine goes elsewhere than me.

@InHeaven I am so confused with the system. If I can't work, my parents will force me. I won't be even able to run anywhere since they have made it mandatory. Eventually I can't even die on streets without vaccine. :(
No one should pressure you to do anything unhealthy like take a dangerous vaccination being promoted by the media with their sponsored broadcasts filled with propaganda. Here is a place you can find real information on the vaccinations.
The more people that have their vaccinations the more we will all be protected and the virus will hopefully die n life can get back more to normal how it used to be so it's to your advantage to have your jab(s) n help protect yourself and others from the virus n to help stop its spread.

Get your vaccination at least you are then protected n have no worries about catching the virus. Think of the advantages you will have n not the disadvantages. Decide what you feel is best for you.

Consider your own health first then decide for yourself. There are many immune disorders in a lot of people and they are dormant until they decide to flare up.
