Prep for surgery

Today, I took clear lax which ain’t doing anything btw. Basically I’m severely constipated cause of tirzepatide which I’ve been off for two weeks now. And later today I’ll be doing another enema. Tomorrow a liquid fast and Thursday is my surgery. That’s my plan. I chickened out on calling them and telling them. I just… well it’s embarrassing. But today I actually am logging how much liquid I drink per hour and just trying my absolute best this time. Cause yea. I’d rather not die in surgery lol which probably wouldn’t but I don’t know. My digestion is SO slow. Still. I need to try my best. I just don’t want anxiety when I’ll already be nervous and I’ll tell you why. The iv. I hate the shot I won’t lie. I hate that part. And they don’t want me to take my meds that morning so I’ll already be stressed.
