I've been seeing this therapist who seems trustworthy then somebody else suggested another... who is supposedly great and more especialized w/my case

I reached out to the 2nd one after my first appointment with the first one. So now the 2nd one is waiting to confirm the appointment with her... but Im getting a bit comfortable with the first. (We only had 2 appointments too far). Idk what should I do. I never had many choices about something this delicate. I've always had bad experiences with them. I don't know what to think. I just want to get better.

I would see the first one only for now. It's going to take you a while to figure out exactly if this therapist is the right one for you unless there's blazing signs that it's just not a good fit. If there aren't a bunch of red flags stay there. The second therapist will always be there if the first doesn't work out but if you go to the second right away you may not be able to go back to the first. (imho).
You may also have insurance to contend with which I have no idea how that will affect anything.
