I've been seeing this therapist who seems trustworthy then somebody else suggested another... who is supposedly great and more especialized w/my case

I reached out to the 2nd one after my first appointment with the first one. So now the 2nd one is waiting to confirm the appointment with her... but Im getting a bit comfortable with the first. (We only had 2 appointments too far). Idk what should I do. I never had many choices about something this delicate. I've always had bad experiences with them. I don't know what to think. I just want to get better.

Trying a few is good idea.
One has to "click" with their therapist for it to work well.
@OogieBoogie even 2 at the same time? Sounds counterproductive??
@AoNoSora does it matter if they are at the same time or not.

Its the connection that matters not the timing🤷‍♀
