US Healthcare is a joke

I always tell people if I'm not dying or otherwise I'm not doing hospitals or ambulance rides i usually fix myself why?

because a sliced finger from a kitchen mishap that requires three small stitches ( Even with medical insurance) should not run me about $1,500 absolutely ridiculous or them still charging you but saying nothing is wrong the biggest theives in the country and sadly a lot of people are following me. for the average joe we just can't afford to go to hospitals anymore and it will get worse.

Depends on the plan you are provided or the one you choose. The more you pay upfront (higher premiums), the less you pay at the point of service during your time of need. If it's a cheap plan, you will owe quite a bit. You can purchase supplemental policies for emergency room visits. The healthcare here is top-notch, but it's not free (the reason why it's top-notch).
