Donald Trump and the death of universal healthcare in the USA

Trump is entirely pushing people in the USA to the accessing *all* healthcare via private providers, which means the lower class and much of the middle class, unless in a job where healthcare cover is provided by the employer, will have no healthcare accessible to them.

in the US 178 million people have employer sponsored healthcare. in order to have this benefit they have to work full time and pay premiums through payroll deductions. 78 million are on medicaid. pleas explain why there shouldn't be a minimum work requirement for healthy Americans to keep this benefit. in Addition Trumps bill will cut waste and abuse. just maybe getting the fat out will have a beneficial effect on the system

@saragoodtimes almost no Australian workers have employer sponsored healthcare.
@zonavar68 you fail to mention that not all medical services are covered which leads to those who can afford it having a private insurance to pay for those services
