I Went To My Primary Care Doctor Yesterday For My 6-Month Checkup…

@Nimbus my blood pressure was good which surprised me. But I did drink beet juice before I went.

@Nimbus a doctor’s assistant that takes my blood pressure etc. told me at my visit in January that he had been taking beet supplements and had to cut back on them because his blood pressure got too low. They sell it in powder & gummies now. But you can buy the juice or make it at home. I am making it.

I suspect mine might be low, I must get it checked soon.

@Nimbus Do the larger stores there have blood pressure machines in them where customers can sit down and check it themselves? Walmart, Sam’s, pharmacies etc have them here.
