I’m a licensed cosmetologist for almost 30 years and most shampoos are not good for your hair and scalp specifically the over the counter dandruff ones. They’re made to keep you using them, not to fix the problem. They are very harsh on you hair and scalp. If you want stay away from harsh chemicals or not spend a lot on a good professional shampoo and conditioner (although worth it) ACV rinses, baking soda and water treatment or messaging tea tree oil on your scalp are all good alternatives

Be careful 😭 I tried doing the no shampoo thing for a long time and ended up with sebborheic dermatitis.

@666Maggotz no worries i had it during using shampoo. Now my dandruff got better even so i have greasy hair

Why?
Ema83748201 · 18-21
@YoMomma because i tried every dandruff shampoo possible and it didn't work...now this is working much better than those. But there's an adjustment phase
