At time's u can have a good laugh at the dentist office

Me and the kid's had a dentist appointment this morning. The lady at the desk gave me a good laugh this morning. I guess my mom had a tooth work on yesterday and the lady wanted my mom to fill out this paper work about my health. Do I take any medicine has anything changed with my health. Do I still live at the same address. I all was tell the lady nothing has changed. I don't have any health problems I don't take any medicine. That lady was just surprised. I really love that one question do u have any sleep problems. One time I put down because of the dog. He wakes me up in the middle of the night to go out. Or I put down I stay up late watching movies or playing games
