Not a doctor but I did switch my pets to a new veterinary office for that very reason.
The ultimate straw that broke the camels back was when the 19-20 yr old receptionists were screeching standing on the front desk because there was a bee. It was so grotesquely unprofessional and was freaking out every last animal in the waiting room.
