No but I get TMJ pain from night clenching. It can be pain in the jaw area near the joint , or going down the jaw. Even into my cheek or face area. Ugh it's awful sometimes..I hope to get a night guard fitting soon.

I used to suffer from migraines.
Blood thinner tablets that I take daily lessen the problem

@BridgeOvertroubledWaters oh i presume you are taking blood thinners for other things? so you have less headaches now or less intense headaches?
DavidBianchet2 · 56-60, M
No.
I used to, though. I got a really bad migraine about once every 3 months. They stopped when I quit eating sugary foods.

I do and I'm chalking the headaches up to inactivity. Went from working at a job where I was on my feet for 10 hours a day, 4 days a week constantly moving around to working a sit-down job.
I never used to get the headaches at the 10 hour a day job. Planning to relay my findings to my neurologist at my next appt.

Clenching your teeth is the most common cause of headaches .
Mindful · 56-60, F
Do you? If so, I wonder if you jaw clench? Or is it more like a migraine? Stress?
Poppies · 61-69, F
Migraines used to be related to "that time of the month." That time of the month doesn't come any more, so the migraines don't, either.
lissah · 36-40, F
No. Hardly ever.
Sapio · 51-55, M
No, fortunately I don't.
Softy1 · M
Getting headaches all the time could be a warning sign of something else
cherokeepatti · 70-79, F
No but if I do it’s generally a dull headache and a sign that I need to drink more water.
GoFish ·
@cherokeepatti oh ok
