IF...and I do mean IF you can describe your headache as a tight band around your head...then it is what is known as a TENSION headache. It is caused by stress. It can last for up to a WEEK if you do not actively TRY really, really hard to stop worrying about Joel and your buddy and basically about EVERYTHING.
SOME things that might help you relax are long hot soaks in a spa or jacuzzi bath...massage by a massage professional...filling your home with lavender essential oil aromatherapy. Basically find a spa and go have a LONG spa day.
ANOTHER thing that might help you relax is prayer. IN your prayer, GIVE all of your worries and fears to God, in the knowledge that HE can handle them FOR you.
