Workaholic.
I was like that at a stage too - endless cycle of perfectionism, keeping busy and then procrastination. You need quiet time too

@basilfawlty89 I can literally feel that studying makes my headache go away. So weird. I definitely have perfectionist tendencies which results in lots of procrastination and lots of headaches lol. I love quiet time, it helps to recharge

@Jexie try mindfulness. If you're religious, try prayer too. And do something relaxing. Watch the sea, have a swim, take a walk in nature.

@basilfawlty89 I usually sleep but sometimes I still wake up with a headache because my neck is f*cked from staring at a book or screen for long hours. I should try mindfulness but I'm not sure how to go about it. These days just lying down with my eyes closed without thinking about anything works. Literally almost everything else stresses me out

@Jexie Mindfulness is not actually too difficult to start with.

For me - mindful breathing and body scanning absolutely works.

If you need a link I'll be happy to provide it

@basilfawlty89 I do work on my breathing. I've heard meditation/mindfulness has a lot of benefits but yeah I'm not even sure if a video would help because I feel like I'm missing something.

@Jexie try this:

https://ggia.berkeley.edu/practice/body_scan_meditation

And I do hope it helps.
It takes 5 minutes and ideally do it three to six days a week. You can then do more intense mindfulness exercises.
It's like a muscle - the more you do it, the stronger it gets.

@basilfawlty89 That was great. Very educational. Thanks, basil
