My sister has always had migraines; she looked into a natural medicine to help abate them and consulted with her doctor too finding out she had a magnesium deficiency. She just started a Magnesium treatment to stop the migraines.
Anyway, maybe you can do the same?

@WillaKissing I'll check into magnesium

@SlippingAway Your doctor can do a blood test to check what you might be deficient in having in your body like my sister did. And she chose a natural form of magnesium over a prescribed medication.

I've always had migraine. For many years i had to have pain shots from the doctor. My antidepressants saved me.

When I was a child I injured my back and the headaches started. The doctor said I had a pinched nerve and then i was taken to a chiropractor who fixed my back and the headaches disappeared
