Any tips for dealing with hot weather headaches?

It's not dehydration as I've drunk loads of water. Not sure what else to try but these annoying headaches happen every time it's warm.

Could you have actually overdone it with too much water.

@samueltyler2 it seems that might be a possibility, going to try some electrolytes tomorrow and see if that helps

@mangomonkey if you really didn't go too far, your kidneys should be able to adjust.yiyr blood levels.

@samueltyler2 This is true - too much water can cause a headache....even confusion...

@fun4us2b we had a young man at army basic training that tried to pass his urine test/physical. He ended up having a seizure because of low serum sodium.
