I've had a headache all day. I just want it to stop. I've tried everything. Pills, water, sitting in the dark, music, deep breathing..... nothing seems to help

Check your blood pressure. If it's high it could be the cause and only bringing it back down wil relieve the headache. Unfortunately, I've been there.
