Anyone get pounding headache....

Or temple pain? I have TMJ so when I clench at night, I sometimes get jaw pain the next day. Recently been having POUNDING pain at temple, from clenching at night. Anyone have any certain med tgat helps pounding pain? I do have Flexeril but it only helps a bit.

What works best for me after the pounding pain - ibuprofen liquid gels, hot coffee. Heat / ice depending on severity. If no relief, sleep.
I take gabapentin and flexeril as a prophylactic, sometimes increase the flexeril if I’m super stressed.
Do you have a nighttime splint you wear at night? That helps me.

@Lilnonames Yes I saw two others but now I dont have package anymore to exchange..i figured they eould probably not melt like the first one (to mold).
