I Am Tired of Having Headaches

I have ibuprofen in my pocket ibuprofen at home in a few places at home actually I keep Ibuprofen everywhere.

There's actually evidence to suggest that you can get headaches from overuse of painkillers and if you're taking them all the time it's your body's way of trying to tell you something's wrong - healthwise and/or work-life-balance-wise.
