I Am Tired of Having Headaches

Same here, and I always have toothbrush, toothpaste, and a trial size of deodorant in my purse.

I usually get headaches from sinusitis... so I keep citirizine (anti-allergy meds) in all my purses.

I carry toothbrush, toothpaste and small container of mouthwash in a small pouch that I keep in my backpack 🎒

There's actually evidence to suggest that you can get headaches from overuse of painkillers and if you're taking them all the time it's your body's way of trying to tell you something's wrong - healthwise and/or work-life-balance-wise.
