Not the best night
I had a long day at work. Lots of appointments and my ankle is very sore.
The boys came home from school extra today. Full of energy.
Joel came home and it was clear he didn't feel good. He tired his best but it was clear he wasn't doing good.
Dinner was stressful. If something could be spilled the boys did it.
Probably wasn't the best night for grilled cheese and tomato soup. What a mess!
Thankful Star and my buddy really stepped up and helped.
They entertained the boys while I tended to Joel. He has a fever and a very bad head cold. He was miserable. It got worse as the night went on. I gave him some Tylenol flu and cold pm meds and Vicks. He was asleep before 8pm.
I put the boys to bed and now I'm laying in bed watching him to make sure he's okay. I hate it when he doesn't feel good.
Don't think I'll get much sleep tonight
