Anyone with diabetic neuropathy try Acetyl L Carnitine?

Did it lower your sugar in addition to helping neuropathy? My sister wants to try it but is fearing it will lower her sugar. While she does want that in general, her case is very labile, so if a substance can lower sugars, it could possibly lower hers too fast.

Any info on Acetyl L Carnitine welcome.

I would really advise against seeking advice on prescription medicine on an anonymous forum. One there is so many variables, what helps one may not help another even with the same conditions. Then there are nefarious bad actors who may try to take advantage

I understand the want, and there is something to anecdotal stories when honest, I'd want but the amount of misunderstood information will leave you without any conclusion anyway.
