Of respiratory samples that tested positive at public health laboratories during the reporting week, about 77% were influenza A, and of subtyped samples, about 90% were the 2009 H1N1 strain. There is an advantage to being tested, to prevent spread if you can isolate, and there are antivirals that can prevent the progression from milder symptoms to severe. It is believed that this year's vaccine should be very effective as well, and it is not too late to become immunized.

@pride49 I hope you are kidding, or trying to be funny. If not, then, science can help you out. Earth's atmosphere does a pretty good job of protecting us from the geomagnetic radiation from the sun spot activity.

i looked it up and there is a nothing going on here in my state....but H1N1 is in the states that surround me.
