Looked this up on Google but there doesn't seem to be a definite answer. I was exposed to Covid last Friday.

How many days do I need to isolate? I am not sick at all other than my usual asthma symptoms. My friend became quite ill with flu like symptoms the day after I saw him.

He went to the doctor and had a monoclonal antibody test, but they didn't tell him which variant he has...just that he has Covid.

Online concensus appears to be that I could still become sick 14 days later if he has Covid 19. If he has the Delta variant, I would get sick 5.61 days after exposure...so I've already passed that mark.

Don't worry until you feel symptoms. I've been exposed to others who've tested positive, and didn't get it from them. I had it, but that was nearly 2 years ago.

@BizSuitStacy I am certainly sorry you had it. Must have been awful. But you are right. I won't worry about myself. I just need to know how long I should self isolate.
@4meAndyou Honestly, it really wasn't too bad. Headache, low grade fever, and a general lack of energy. The worst part was it lasted about 10 days.

@BizSuitStacy 🤣🤣🤣 I feel that way ALL the time...so I could have it and not even know it...🤣🤣🤣
@4meAndyou And, a great number of cases are asymptomatic.
