Have you had any side effects from having Covid?

I had it back in January. Wasn't too bad, sore throat, runny nose, lethargy. Been clear since then but since then my nose feels like its on the verge of coming down with a cold, stuff, slight runny nose. I have had to use decongestant sprays just to feel normal.

When I had it a year ago, I also had a chest infection. I ended up in hospital a month later with breathing problems and lethargy.
The 2nd time I had it, this last March, I felt ok. But I have no energy.
