Helpful tips to get better faster with Covid?

I’ve been sick with Covid since Monday. I think the only symptom I am currently experiencing is shortness of breath. Anyone know of any good remedies
Are you experiencing any anxiety? That can also cause shortness of breath. Some people have had increased anxiety as part of covid.

Otherwise, I would suggest getting a pulse oximeter to track your oxygen. Anything close to or below 90 you should go to the ER. You may need oxygen or have pneumonia.
You can also try some breathing exercises.
If you don't have fever, do some light exercises or get more movement. Resist the urge to lay in bed all day. There is a list of exercises to do while recovering from covid I found online.
Try holding your head over a steaming bowl of hot water (place a towel over your head so that you have to breathe the steam in).

Usually, when I have trouble breathing, breathing steam tends to make it easier for me to breathe for a while.
Plenty of sunlight, catch the sun rays, I have covid too and when the body symptoms come on I just go sit out in the backyard in the sun and get some fresh oxygen. I’m not sure what hemisphere you are from, but it’s harder to rough the winter unless you have a lot of sunny days.
I remember feeling natural highs every time I caught the sun beams during lockdown after being deprived from it.

yes. avoid talking and take chest cold medecin(I take benylin for cought and chest congestion). I am presently recovering from covid, I ha vve had pneumonia in the past, my conclusion is talking is really bad. does it get harder and harder if you talk for too long? first day i kept talking and my lungs hurt, second day I started avoiding talking and I recovrered really fast.

Eat a lot of green vegetables and drink a lot of water and take multi vitamins. And rest

I felt amazing the entire time I had it other than it completely cutting off my sense of smell because I was taking such good care of my body 😂
@DeluxedEdition I’ve had covid since Monday too, I only felt the worst of it yesterday. I jst felt on and off fever and chills and soaked my bed in sweat, now. Im asymptomatic again like I was up until yesterday.
I got it three weeks ago. I got over it and tested negative in a week but I’ve had lingering fatigue and a cough. Both have gotten better with time. Now both are almost gone. I tried to rest as much as I could.
