@CestManan It's a matter of control. We are too many humans for the hidden puppet masters to subdue with ease. Nobody wants to die, but the megalomaniacs have decided for us. But as they are venturing onto God territory, they will not get far.

@WalterF This might come as a shock to you, but wealthy countries often have below-replacement levels of fertility, growing largely through immigration. Yes, in the long run, high standards of living will reduce the population - but Bill is actually looking in the near term in that quote you’re thinking of, and is talking about reducing [i]growth[/i].
@WalterF Anyone who is sane is pro-reduction, the question is how, and over what period. Bill’s quote is literally in that pic, and it’s pretty bloody obvious what he was talking about.
It’s not like overpopulation -> overexploitation -> die-back cycles aren’t frequently seen in nature, and I have little desire to live through a global version for our own species. Lowering birth rates through boosting living standards is the win/win option of getting there.
@QuixoticSoul Do you consider Gates to be a trustworthy, altruistic soul? He has the bucks to buy all of them - WHO, FDA, CDC, news media. He invested in vaccines because? because the return is 20:1. During this pandemic, he is making millions every day. He's also involved in the maddest possible schemes of geo-engineering.
