As Covid19 drags on do you find yourself washing your hands less or using less hand sanitizer?

As stores and restaurants open more do you still social distance as much or are you slowly sliding back into old habits?

I have never sanitized nor washed my hands this much in 28 years of nursing. I follow all the rules. Especially in public settings. I social distance as much as I can. My life matters to me and to those who love me.

@Stereoguy There is nothing wrong with my shoulder. Never has been. My left knee has been causing me trouble. Osteoarthritis triggered by a slip on my broken deck stairs. Curse that damn contractor who skipped out on me with most of the job paid for. He will suffer for that. Karma. I wear a brace ie a supportive sleeve when hiking or horseback riding. I am doing exercises for it. Hopefully, it will improve in 6 weeks. Thank you.

I still maintain social distancing, use hand sanitizer, wipe the cart handles with antibacterial wet wipes...and use a mask.
@Stereoguy You're welcome 😇💞🤗🌸

I think it's gross how people need to be told to wash their hands
BigImo · 22-25, F
@BridgeOvertroubledWaters wash your hands even when there isn't a global pandemic
@BigImo that's for sure but some people don't. We all know people like that.

@BridgeOvertroubledWaters hence my original comment

I haven't lowered the guard ever since the emergency started, not everyone around me unfortunately does the same, and hence I'm still at risk.

It's one of those situation where the weakest ring of a chain can break it for us all.
Why doesn’t everyone at work wear a mask? The people you live with you can’t really help. @Elessar

@Spoiledbrat Masking in workplaces without public access is mandatory only where distance cannot be kept. The closest colleague to me is at the other side of a desk, with two screens between me and them, and an empty seat near me. I still wear one for further safety,

There is a discrete possibility I've had it early this year because people I know I had close contacts with tested positive, but since I never got neither a PCR nor a serological, I keep the guard up.

The mask hides my acne
Not at all. I make sure Iwash my hands often.
It's the mask I forget every now and then. Always have a spare one in my pocket just in case I do forget to put it before I go out.

I avoid hand sanitizer. Not a healthy thing to put on your skin. I don't wear a mask. Not a healthy thing to have on your face. I tend to stand farther apart for other people's comfort not my own.

It’s not rocket science. Follow the experts guidelines. You’d have to be an idiot to catch this thing, otherwise

I wash my hands as often as I ever did.Not more.
And I avoid shops since masks became compulsory here as I can't see through steamed up glasses!
And things are not normal here as I'm back in lockdown.So I am still Social distancing by being reclusive!

I do it in a more matter of fact way. I touch things less. It's a habit but I don't overdo it. Doors can often be opened with an elbow.

I haven't changed a thing...I was never dirty to start off with...its amazing how many people are giant unclean children that need to be educated on basic hygiene
