Really nervous about this, have you experienced it?
I've felt for several months like my my bladder doesn't fully empty when I pee. Essentially, After I'd pee, I'd have to go again slightly. This probably started in November or December. I figured well it could be weaker pelvic muscles as I'm getting older. And after several months I thought maybe even it's a ureter that has scar tissue...I had a stent put in years ago and although it was taken out, Maybe it's weak now overall.
I figured this month I'd call my doctor. Well last week, I began getting burning feeling when peeing, and some pelvic pain. It persisted a few days so I emailed my doctor to get a urine sample done, if it's possly a UTI.
The culture showed no bacteria today, and I'm on my second day of antibiotics but still getting slightly pain. I'm just getting worried because they said it's most likely not a UTI, and my mind immediately thought what if it's ovarian cancer. (It has similar symptoms) But, up to fifty percent of cultures can be a false negative and didn't pick up the bacteria. So they did say we can do another sample in a few days if pain persists. I just reallyyyyyy hope it's a UTI and not more serious 😟
