My mother told me yesterday that my step nephew has what sounded like a large double saddle on tuesday and that he's already being released today. A double saddle in 2013 was my first of two PEs, I was in icu for 5 days while they busted it with twice a day heparin shots and another three days in a regular room getting me acclimated to rat poison and getting my O2 to 90% off assisted. When I asked my mother for more info, she said she didn't know any more, when I said I needed more info so I can give him advice on how to deal with it, asking if they're going to send him more heparin home to keep reclotting, she said she wouldn't and demanded I don't ask either, I am eff'n 55, and a widower.
