Go to beach alone or no?

I love the beach. If I could live there I would. I have not been in 7 years now due to a bad car, and then my sister got an awful pain disorder that led her bed bound eventually. She always came to the beach with me. I want to try to go alone (even though the highway I take is one of the dangerous in the U.S.)..but now she has neuropathy and can barely even walk. 🙁 I just feel so guilty if I thought about going for the day without her. I would definitely tear up when finally going in the water. While I think of her in awful pain at home. She doesn't deserve this. She is such a wonderful person. I want to go..but the guilt and sadness is high. Any thoughts?

I used to go the beach alone all the time. Just spending the time walking the beach alone, I found it a great place to think, reflect, cast away my troubles and even guilt. It was a release, a tension/stress reliever.
When I left the beach, my mind was more refreshed, more open and relaxed, yet more focused. Try it. With all you are dealing with and going through right now, it might be just what you need right now.
