I've had a chest infection for six weeks

I keep telling the doctor's I see that I don't feel well. I saw an emergency doctor and he said that my chest sounds clear. All this despite having had antibiotics. I even told the nurse at my asthma review. They just don't listen. So I will have to contact the doctor again on Monday. I don't feel well and I just want to feel well again.

Are you okay? There is an epidemic of pertussis, whooping cough, in parts of Europe.

@samueltyler2 cough is better just have post nasal drip now. Im being treated for it. Doctor thinks I either had a virus after the chest infection or its my allergies causing it.

@RubiesandButterflies i had a bad, long lasting cough, tried everything. I actually went to several specialists. Finally, after normal pulmonary function tests, the pulmonologist suggested i do nasal/sinus lavage. I was amazed at the relief i obtained, the postnasal junk was gone almost immediately.
