I am 48 I take no medication’s

Is this normal. But I don’t have a doctor. What about you
ninalanyon · 61-69, T
I didn't take any permanent medication until I was 60 when my doctor checked my blood pressure while I was consulting him for something else (he always does this). So now I take one pill a day and I'm down to 114/73.

Not taking any repeated medication at 48 sounds perfectly normal to me.

That’s pretty normal
Part of my job is going though patients meds and a lot of being below 50s aren’t on any
And plenty don’t have a primary these days

I've got almost 20 years on you and I don't take medicines either. Nor do I have a family doctor. Not sure what I would do with one if I had it.

I am 43. I take more medication than you. I'm thinking one way or another, most people do. You should ry and keep that up.

Kudos to you! And ditto, I never take any kind of meds, ever and don't doctor.
And I'm 10+ years older. ;-)
