Israel mandated every one except young kids get the vaccine. Their Hospitals are 100% full of vaccinated covid patients. Didn't doc death Fauci promise us all no hospitalizations if you get the shot? Didn't they promise us complete immunity if we got the shot???? Israel is an interesting test. They are proving that The vaccine is not working the way we hoped. So whats plan B????

@Confined HOLY made-up numbers batman!!! Israel has 83 hospitals and 514 total in-patients with COVID. IF those hospitals are 100% full of covid patients, I guess my home in New York is bigger than the average HOSPITAL in Israel...

If nobody was vaccinated, there would probably be close to 12,000 patients hospitalized with covid in Israel at the moment. And that's not counting the patients who would have died, for which hospitalization would (obviously) be redundant...

This question is too simple. It demonstrates a lack of understanding of the science. If someone were to state a percentage, it would likely be 1000% or higher.
In the initial round of vaccinations, we need about 90% (roughly) of the WORLD population (of all ages now, not just above the age of 12) vaccinated, both shots of a 2-shot regimen.
But that's not the end of the story. To keep the pandemic from making a come-back, everybody already vaccinated will need a booster shot every 6-8 months at most.
The end game:
Several years down the road, we will all get a covid shot, maybe once or twice a year. Like the annual flu shot. But the problem is, there is no covid season. That's why the covid shot might need to be twice a year. Maybe Covid shot June, Flu shot September, Another Covid shot December. Repeat next year....

@Mamapolo2016 I [b]do[/b] want to know. I'm just curious will it really work or not. Many people posting about vaccine always talk about numbers and numbers and numbers. What's the safe numbers really ?
