But cutting both is healthy.
I had to cut both due to diabetes. I now put Splenda in my coffee. I like it, and it is really sweet, just a little is enough. I have not found a zero carb soda I like yet, though.
I also need to cut back on caffeine due to high blood pressure. I have not yet. I still drink normal coffee. But at least no soda now.
I am also supposed to diet and exercise for better general health, my diabetes, and my blood pressure. I have been taking walks after work each day. I still eat too much, though.
