I seem to be gaining weight despite doing everything right :/

I had an eating disorder the whole time I was a teenager, after I mostly recovered, I got on birth control on around age 18 and gained around 10lbs, but I was okay because 110lbs wasn’t bad for me. I used to be involved in a few sports during high school so once that all ended I noticed weight gain so decided to start exercising and eating healthier, every single doctors appointment I have, I’ve noticed I’ve gained more and more weight despite eating healthy and exercising, i go on 2 mile walks every day on top of walking 3-4 miles just around the house and my yard, I knew I screwed my metabolism during the time of my eating disorder but I thought that maybe eating right would fix it. I’ve been in a calorie deficit for almost a year, I eat mostly healthy foods, drink almost a gallon of water a day, and exercise daily and I’m currently at my heaviest. 150lbs. I already had a love hate relationship with food but now it’s even worse, I can barely look in the mirror anymore because I constantly see pictures of just a few years ago and I was so small, I don’t even know how it happened. I burn more calories than I eat and I still keep gaining weight. my doctor recently put “overweight” in my chart, even knowing I suffered from anorexia years ago, and lately it feels like my health is in a spiral because I can feel my old habits coming back again.
