is there such a thing as low carb pasta

i have to have low carb foods because i manage diabetes type 2...i used to love eating pasta, especially with tuna and mayonaise and pepper sprinkled over, i miss that....does low carb pasta exist?

Amazon sells a low carb spaghetti called CarbeDiem. 16 grams of carbs per serving vs almost 40 grams of carbs for regular spaghetti. It is NOT gluten free.
