@SW-User I have a book written by a doctor who wants us all to stop eating wheat altogether, (he was a diabetic and is no longer), and he says to restrict apples to three slices, (wedges).

That makes sense, but I'm not diabetic. Well, I'm not even overweight. It's just that there's a certain weight that I'm most comfortable with which is only 2 kg (~4 pounds) less than my current. @4meAndyou
