I just read that Fenugreek is one of the most effective foods to combat ulcers. It's a component of Indian foods.

However, nothing I read specifies whether it is the seed form, or the leaves which are beneficial for ulcers.

Does anyone know?

you can get it in many forms. i have it in tea form...but not sure about the other types.
