I just read that Fenugreek is one of the most effective foods to combat ulcers. It's a component of Indian foods.

However, nothing I read specifies whether it is the seed form, or the leaves which are beneficial for ulcers.

Does anyone know?

Fenugreek is also said to be anti-fungal. A woman from India invented a paper embedded with fenugreek that she sells to put in the bottom of containers for strawberries so they don’t mildew as easily.

@4meAndyou India uses herbal treatments a lot, they have herbalists and you can find a lot of remedies from the Indian sites, even some Indian newspapers have sections of their news regarding them.

@4meAndyou The Gaia anti-bloating and gas tea I bought has fenugreek in it as one of the herbs. It tastes so good and was very effective. Fenugreek has many health benefits.
