Giving up is hard work!

Cigarettes. Not so easy to give up, but it's been three months!

{@rafsilglucca] my dad gave up in 1979 smoking cigarettes and i think he never had another until the day he passed in 2014 . it is difficult i get that but if you can find enough will power and conviction you can achieve that goal
